Beefeater dry gin, Damiana liqueur, Aperol, passion fruit shrub, tonic water, yellow lemon zest, pink pepper.
UNICORN TONIC
Beefeater dry gin infused with Butterfly pea, tonic water, mineral water, grapefruit twist and yellow lemon.
ROSAMARIA CASSIA
Beefeater dry gin infused with rosemary, Green Chartreuse, basil sugar, orange bitters, tonic water and mineral water.
COSMO AGRIO
Beefeater dry gin and espadin mezcal, St Germain, pineapple juice, Angostura bitter.
NEGRO AMARGO
Beefeater dry infused with cinnamon and cocoa, Campari, Cinzano Rosso, natural syrup, flamed orange peel.
DALTÓNICO
Campari, St. Germain, orange juice, mineral water, raspberry powder.
DOWNTOWN
Hornitos Cristalino, Damiana liqueur, Passion fruit puree, vanilla syrup, pineapple juice.
